Since we started our 1 day weekend art workshops, they have been selling out so fast we can't keep up! When I think about it, I can understand. I mean what better way to spend a day than by challenging yourself to doing something more creative with your day?
When Artable first started, we had all sorts of ways that people could discover the artist within. Weekly classes were a way for people to connect with other like minded people in the community whilst finding out about their inner artist. But it also became a way that we could honour the generational old way of the artist - to transfer skills form artists to artist.
All of our teachers are practicing artists that work at Artable to share their passion and skill for the arts and to connect with others. Most of our teachers shave been with us for a very long time and love teaching art classes as much as you all enjoy attending them!
One of the extra ways that we discovered you wanted to be engaged with the arts was through quick, one day, no-commitment workshops on the weekends. So we have delivered. You can now attend a one day workshop where supplies are usually included and you can get a taste for something creative or a small bite of something you want to eat more of later!
The only problem is that you better book in fast - it is not uncommon for Artable to release a workshop one day and be sold out the next!
