What you’ll learn in the Floral Impressions: Gelli Plate Printing and Collage Workshop

How to master the basics of Gelli plate printing, including applying paint, layering, and creating textures
How to use a Gelli plate to build beautiful, layered backgrounds with stencils, stamps, and various papers
How to mix and apply colour using a limited palette, with emphasis on colour theory and value contrast to enhance your prints
How to experiment with different techniques for printing on tissue and other papers
How to compose and assemble a balanced collage using your printed pieces, focusing on contrast, composition, and layering
How to combine Gelli prints with other mixed media tools like rollers, brushes, and texture items to create dynamic, unique artwork

Please note that if a workshop is sold out a sold out sign will appear on the listing and you will be unable to book in. If a workshop does not have the number or spots that you require, a note will pop up saying 'out of stock'.

We recommend you bring your own lunch as nearby cafes are at least 10 minutes walk away.
