Refund Policy

Workshops 

We apologise, but we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances on any of our workshops.

If you give more than 7 days notice, you can either transfer to another workshop if there is available space or we can give you a credit to use towards a future workshop - credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date and cannot be used after this. Please understand that we are contracted to our venues and our artists and are unable to make changes outside of this time frame.

To apply for a change to a workshop (outside of the 7 day period), you need to email us at info@artable.com.au.

We have chosen to put this system in place in lieu of a blanket 'No refunds or No Credits' policy that many other facilities use. We understand there may be circumstances beyond your control and we do our best to assist where possible if your request comes in outside of 7 days from the workshop.

Online Workshops 

All booking conditions regarding workshops apply to online workshops. Additional conditions include the following.

By enrolling, you agree that you will not distribute any video recordings anywhere else online (this includes emailing them to friends, family or uploading to any website). These videos are the property of Artable and the artist tutor.

Artable will not provide a refund or credit if you cannot attend due to technical issues outside of Artable’s control (i.e. your home internet or computer stops working).

Further, Artable will not provide a refund or credit in the event that you do not attend your online workshop for any reason.

Art Retreats

Each art retreat has cancellation dates and fees as outlined in each retreat - see here . There is a standard $200 non-refundable deposit that applies to all art retreats.

Vaccinations

With the exception of venues listed below, all our venues allow unvaccinated visitors. The venues where only fully vaccinated visitors can attend are:

  1. Moonah Arts Centre, Hobart

If you are not fully vaccinated please do not book into workshops at the venues listed above. It is your responsibility to check this and we do not provide refunds if you book.

Please note this information is changing regularly and our venues and our team do our best to stay up to date with the regulations. If there are changes to these requirements we will update this page and contact you if you have a booking.

Booking Confirmations

When you make a booking online, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours confirming the details of booking. Please contact us if this does not occur.
